之前吃過火爆主廚戈登旗下一星Petrus，且當時體驗了主廚的餐桌，可以看到整個廚房動線與每個人的分工，當然他們吵了一個大假，也是有點被嚇到，總之是一個很難忘的體驗。所以這次就來試試戈登這家三星米其林，一切的悲劇就從這個『中午套餐』開始，不是說有多難吃，只是這樣的餐點，撐不了這麽多顆星！ We tried one of the restaurant managed by Gordon Ramsay, Petrus before and enjoyed the chef table. When sitting there, you can watch the whole kitchen and see each person’s workflow. Also, the head chef was very angry due to an apprentice made a mistake. I was a bit shocked, but it’s unforgettable experience. So, this time we want to try this three Michelin Star, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. However, all the stories come from the lunch menu. 愛迪遜飯店算是近期住過很特別的一家飯店，他們也標榜“反產業鍊飯店”，你能感受到飯店的獨特個性，入住時確實眼前一亮！這家飯店同時也強調“新一代的奢華”，簡單卻很優雅，讓人身心靈放鬆的體驗！不過以價位和房間大小，這家Edition London偏小 (都以基礎房來說)，雖然是說要营造出如置身私人游艇上的感觉，那我搭上的估計是小型遊艇。 服務上我個人覺得是走一種“友善朋友的關係”，再辦入住或是後面見到面，都很像朋友一樣話家常，且還能記得我得名字，聊過的內容，我覺得這個比較少見，畢竟我第一次入住。重點入住後，行李送達，我去開門時，竟然是剛剛幫我服務的女生送過來的，一時我有點驚訝！然後房間可以隨時要求送各式牛奶，搭配茶咖啡等等。 飯店餐廳Berners Tavern™由英國米其林天才主廚美譽的杰森•阿瑟顿創立，他曾經在地獄主廚Gordon Ramsay下打滾多年，後來創立自己的餐飲體系The Social Company by Jason Atherton，旗下餐廳都會有“social”這個詞，之前也去過倫敦一星City Social吃過晚餐，真的是一次很棒的晚餐！下次如果吃到有“social"這個詞的餐廳，也可以看看是不是他旗下的喔，分布世界各地。 Edition is a unique luxury hotel that I have been living recently. 吃了不少倫敦下午茶，這次來試試倫敦經典復古紅巴士下午茶，一邊吃吃喝喝，一邊遊覽一下倫敦著名景點。坐到一半我真的覺得是一個很搞笑的體驗，因為車子晃得蠻厲害的，當時和一個倫敦當地朋友聊到要去吃紅巴士下午茶，她說她曾經要幫她爸媽預約，結果她爸媽說 “Please NO!" (拜託請不要！) 哈哈，真的是一次有有趣又特別的下午茶體驗！ We experienced a variety of afternoon teas in London. This time, we are tying the afternoon tea London red bus tour. You can enjoy your foods, drinks, while seeing some attractions. I realized this is a fun and funny decision because the bus jumps quite often. Also, I told my local friend that we would try the afternoon tea red bus. 這次第五次入住倫敦香格里拉碎片塔(碎片大廈)，這次的房型特別好，可以面對極美的城市景，當然還有著名的地標倫敦塔橋，這次飯店也在玻璃牆寫上迎賓祝福，非常的酷！ This is our fifth time to stay at Shangli-La hotel, the Shard. We got a best room ever and can see stunning London city view from our window - definitely the landmark Tower Bridge, too! 這次來倫敦行，還有一件特別開心的事，就是來看莫文蔚的演唱會。我記得2016年在上海的時候，也看過她非常精彩的表演。她這次選擇在倫敦的守護神館場進行，非常的特別。 This London trip, I am very happy that we will attend Karen's concert. I remember in 2016 I saw her performance in Shanghai and it was fabulous. This time she will perform at the London Palladium and I think it's quite special.

今年即將邁入第四季，而我依舊如同往年，在世界各地忙碌中度過，我記得去年給自己的期許之一，就是要放慢腳步。有時候忙忙碌碌了一年，卻對自己的生活沒有太多的記憶點，正如忙字拆解 忙 = 心 + 亡，唯一能浮現腦海的，似乎都是圍繞著那些無關緊要的事打轉。今年到目前為止去了一趟或幾趟以下地方： 冰島 一個最接近原始的大自然，和家人一起看到了生平第一次的極光。我一直思考著何時再回去，一定要來個自駕遊，就像當時告別的極光，在我身後不斷跳動，雖然當時在道別，彷彿更像再訴說，此刻的道別，是為了下次更好的相逢。 威尼斯 浪漫的水都，這一次特別體驗了 14 世紀歷史感與宮廷風的「達涅利」飯店。臉夾依舊能感受到那日早晨，陽光和煦灑落，我面向瀉河湖景，享受早午餐的寧靜時光。另外不趕時間的時候，我特別享受穿梭在威尼斯舊城區裡頭，來來回回迷路中，卻又發現新奇事物的感覺。 日內瓦 老愛沿著清澈的湖邊散步，看看慵懶又自在的天鵝，然後漫步走到歐洲最高的人工噴泉，坐在路邊的公園椅子，幸運的話能夠聽到一曲由路人，即興的鋼琴演奏。當然喜愛鐘錶的朋友們，千萬別錯過全球唯一的鐘錶博物館。 阿德爾博登（瑞士） 這次日內瓦行，還去了一個像童話故事的小鎮阿德爾博登，入住一家網紅「寒武紀」飯店，可以邊泡在熱水池，邊看白靄靄的阿爾卑斯山頂峰。也很懷念賴在小鎮，哪裡都不急著去，不用與時間賽跑，只需要找個喜歡的咖啡店，靜靜地看看書、寫寫文字的時光。 台灣 我的家每每回去，都有一種能量蓄電，雖然時差也讓我的狀況不是最好，但一個你永遠的避風港，何須談狀況。這趟去了一趟好山好水的宜蘭，入住威斯汀力麗飯店，感受溫泉飯店的魅力。也是家人和我一起「入鏡 vlog 」的第一次。 牛津 因為倫敦去的次數多了，就會想開發其它小城市，這個文學重地，處處瀰漫著最高學府的份圍，當然還有哈利波特等影片的取景處。還記得站在聖母瑪麗亞教堂，風勢強勁的吹來，但可以欣賞整個牛津市區，特別高處往下看拉德克里夫圓頂圖書館，特別的有學術氣息。 香港 一個我的週轉站，今年的它很不一樣，相信大家都會希望香港更好。因為每次停留天數都不算長，還在調整時差的同時又即將飛往下一站。但對於這次體驗的「天空龍吟」與「志魂」日本料理，依舊念念不忘。特別是志魂，吃到是真正高級日本料理的精神與

Sra Bua這間丹麥米其林一星主廚Henrik Yde Andersen，在全球唯一一間分店開在泰國曼谷，食物在米其林餐廳當中算很值得一試的。不過這家餐廳最特別的是，他們把上菜的呈現方式，完全結合在顧客的用餐體驗當中。會讓你很期待，下一道菜，又是如何刺激你的感官體驗，來昇華你的味蕾。 至於提到『用餐體驗』，我記得在歐洲第一次體驗『主廚的餐桌』，是在火爆主廚Gordon Ramsay管理的『Petrus』，當天總廚上演一場驚心動魄的罵人戲碼，果然承襲Gordon Ramsay的火爆脾氣，當天FXCK這個詞，聽了好幾遍，具體學徒哪個環節沒做好，我是不太清楚，但是當時確實是『嚇到了』很怕他來問我覺得食物怎樣，不過時候看到其他學徒都有去安慰被罵的那個人。 下週預計也會去打卡Restaurant Gordon Ramsay，可惜太晚預定，好不容易卡到一個中餐時間，到時候再來和大家分享一下囉！ Sra Bua is created by the Denmark chef, Henrik Yde Andersen and the only branch in the world is located in Bangkok Thailand. 這次來曼谷入住兩家飯店，客觀說一下自己的體驗感。華爾道夫曼谷的泳池...各人更喜歡萬豪Surawongse的泳池（這點我覺得位置決定了一切）...但其它不管是 1）服務（早餐水果芒果幫你剝皮、山竹幫你剝皮、咖啡我第一杯快喝完立馬自動補第二杯（這個沒有一個飯店見過（也許有吧，但不再我記憶中了🤪，泳池免費給你的服務等等）但三杯就是自己要求了，還有一個單點單給你點早餐、樣式沒萬豪豐富，但品質絕對完勝（本以為萬豪那家水果豐富是一個亮點，但其實吃到品質更好的水果比起豐富更滿足）。還有達計程車等等的其它服務，絕對完勝。 2）房間真正有些設計感，給你更多有度假的感覺。房間內部不論是床、浴袍（晚些給大家影片版，史上最舒服），廁所設計等等...絕對完勝，因為歐洲回來，床的品質真的很重要，這裡真的一覺到天明，萬豪醒了很多次。 3）還有華爾道夫日本自動化馬桶，不知道有多少人喜愛？！ 4）但窗景....各人喜愛萬豪這家，因為華爾道夫16還17層以上，就是給residential的顧客， 導致能看到的景色有點差，即使加錢看到高爾夫/公園景，其實在曼谷來說，都蠻差的。 5）酒店設置的rooftop 雖然華爾道夫在絕對市中心，但沒有「戶外」的頂樓酒吧！客戶體驗就差了一截，都是在室內，這點萬豪完勝。 6）然後華爾道夫的水，已經結合綠化，是紙包裝做的，包裝上面有提到是曼谷第一家，我各人給一個👍。 7）最後如果考慮性價比，可能每個人感受差別更大，但我絕對推薦華爾道夫。至少度假感回到房間依舊持續在延續。當然也包含每日房間打掃的專業度，還有夜間開窗服務（二次打掃與補充備品的服務）。 Music by BraveLion: https://www.soundcloud.com/BraveLion

上次來曼谷是七年前，七年後再度來這，真的很多不一樣的體驗。因為前一晚剛從香港瑞吉到這個蘇拉翁塞曼谷萬豪，有點失望，因為基本上是從8級飯店掉到了5級飯店。不過無邊泳池和高空酒吧還是不錯的！ Last time visiting Bangkok was seven year ago. After seven years, I am traveling here again and have much fun here. However, last night I stayed at St. Regis Hong Kong and it's the hotel with level 8. Marriott Surawongse BKK is level 5. 印象中上一次來曼谷好像是7年前，當時去了悅榕莊的酒吧，被那美景說驚艷。這次來一直心念念的看看其它高空酒吧，一直來到這間周杰倫與昆凌慶生的 Red Sky Bar，算是滿足自己喜愛高空的美景。 I think last time I came to Bangkok is 7 years ago. At that time, I went to the rooftop bar at Banyan Tree hotel. The view was stunning. This trip I was wondering that I needed to find a real good one as well as last time.
