艾迪遜飯店新一代奢華體驗／Edition new generation of luxury vlog52

愛迪遜飯店算是近期住過很特別的一家飯店，他們也標榜“反產業鍊飯店”，你能感受到飯店的獨特個性，入住時確實眼前一亮！這家飯店同時也強調“新一代的奢華”，簡單卻很優雅，讓人身心靈放鬆的體驗！不過以價位和房間大小，這家Edition London偏小 (都以基礎房來說)，雖然是說要营造出如置身私人游艇上的感觉，那我搭上的估計是小型遊艇。

服務上我個人覺得是走一種“友善朋友的關係”，再辦入住或是後面見到面，都很像朋友一樣話家常，且還能記得我得名字，聊過的內容，我覺得這個比較少見，畢竟我第一次入住。重點入住後，行李送達，我去開門時，竟然是剛剛幫我服務的女生送過來的，一時我有點驚訝！然後房間可以隨時要求送各式牛奶，搭配茶咖啡等等。

飯店餐廳Berners Tavern™由英國米其林天才主廚美譽的杰森•阿瑟顿創立，他曾經在地獄主廚Gordon Ramsay下打滾多年，後來創立自己的餐飲體系The Social Company by Jason Atherton，旗下餐廳都會有“social”這個詞，之前也去過倫敦一星City Social吃過晚餐，真的是一次很棒的晚餐！下次如果吃到有“social"這個詞的餐廳，也可以看看是不是他旗下的喔，分布世界各地。

Edition is a unique luxury hotel that I have been living recently. It also claims “anti-hotel chain,” so you can feel strong personality from this hotel. Its philosophy is “the new generation of luxury” - a place to lay your head and get everything you need (and want). However, if considering price and size, I can tell the room here is quite small if comparing with other hotels (basic rooms). Although it mentions to create a cabin-like fee, asking to that of a private yacht, I guess I was staying at a small yacht.

About service, they try to create a friendly friendship with its customers. When I checked in, I could tell that they talked with me as my friends, basic conversations but truly from their hearts. Later, or the next day, when we met each other, they still could tell who I was and what we had talked about. It’s quite unusual - my first time to stay here. Also, when entering my room after checking in, I went to open the door because they were delivering my luggages. You know what? It’s the same female to help me check in. I was a bit surprised. In addition, you can order different kinds of milks (complimentary) to deliver to your room with your coffee and tea.

Regarding to the restaurant “Berners Tavern™”, Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton lends his culinary expertise here and he used to work for Gordon Ramsay for many years. Later, he creates his company called The Social company by Jason Atherton, and all the restaurants under the company has the word “social.” I also went to one of his restaurants called City Social, and it was a fanatic dining night. Next time if you go any restaurants, you can try to see if any word of “social.” It may be his restaurants because you can find many locations all over the world.
