Sra Bua這間丹麥米其林一星主廚Henrik Yde Andersen,在全球唯一一間分店開在泰國曼谷,食物在米其林餐廳當中算很值得一試的。不過這家餐廳最特別的是,他們把上菜的呈現方式,完全結合在顧客的用餐體驗當中。會讓你很期待,下一道菜,又是如何刺激你的感官體驗,來昇華你的味蕾。

至於提到『用餐體驗』,我記得在歐洲第一次體驗『主廚的餐桌』,是在火爆主廚Gordon Ramsay管理的『Petrus』,當天總廚上演一場驚心動魄的罵人戲碼,果然承襲Gordon Ramsay的火爆脾氣,當天FXCK這個詞,聽了好幾遍,具體學徒哪個環節沒做好,我是不太清楚,但是當時確實是『嚇到了』很怕他來問我覺得食物怎樣,不過時候看到其他學徒都有去安慰被罵的那個人。

下週預計也會去打卡Restaurant Gordon Ramsay,可惜太晚預定,好不容易卡到一個中餐時間,到時候再來和大家分享一下囉!

Sra Bua is created by the Denmark chef, Henrik Yde Andersen and the only branch in the world is located in Bangkok Thailand. I think its cuisines are quite unusual and is definitely worth trying. The way how they present their dishes are extraordinary and all are part of your journey. I was very looking forward to each dish and couldn’t wait the way that they stimulate your sense of sight in order to enhance your sense of taste.

About food experience, I remember my first “chef table experience” was at Petrus managed by fiery chef, Gordon Ramsay, famous for his explosive temper. At that day one of the apprentices was frightened by the head chef and I heard the word “Fxuk” many times. I didn’t know what the apprentices did wrong. However, I did feel shocked and I just saw the drama of Hell Kitchen in person. I was a bit scared that the chef might come to my table and asked me how I felt the meal. At the end, most people gave the apprentice a lot of comfort.

Next week, I am planning to have lunch at the Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. It’s too popular so I didn’t make an appointment at dinner time. I will share with you more later.
